Lucia Capacchione's Blog

Here's a photo of my 'Vision Window' featured on Lucia's blog. Right now I'm rereading her book The Power of the Nondominant Hand. I'm so inspired by the simple truths that become apparent through my inner being by working with my left hand and accessing this part of me. I've done one oil pastel and lots of journaling this way. I highly recommend all of Lucia's books and workshops.
